Responsibilities encompass leading onboarding processes, delivering process-focused education, acting as the operational SME, triaging issues through cross-functional coordination, and building trusted relationships with site stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and synthesizing feedback to optimize workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, minimum of 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, account management, or similar roles. Must possess strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem, complex oncology workflows, and proven ability to implement operational processes in complex environments. Skills in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Preferred: Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies, including cell or gene therapies, and navigating oncology systems. The role is field-based, customer-facing, covering Mid-South (AL, MS, TN), requiring approximately 50% travel, with remote work flexibility.
