Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum of 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (e.g., provider operations, account management, sales) with strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, complex therapy workflows, and operational problem-solving skills. Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, and navigating oncology systems, is preferred. Skills include account management, collaboration, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. The role is field-based, customer-facing, focused on operational support, not clinical treatment, covering accounts in AL, MS, and TN, with approximately 50% travel. The position emphasizes cross-functional coordination, stakeholder relationship building, and process optimization within a GxP environment. Work setup is remote with significant travel, with a salary range of $190,800 - $300,300, plus bonus and benefits.
