Responsibilities include leading site onboarding, delivering operational education, serving as the primary operational SME for assigned sites, triaging operational issues via cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing site workflows through data analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations, account management, or related fields; strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems; proven capability in complex therapy workflows and stakeholder engagement; excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred: Experience with advanced therapies (cell/gene therapies), oncology workflows, and navigating large oncology systems. Must reside in the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, CA, DC, DE), with travel approx. 50%. Work setup is remote with significant travel.
