Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, responsible for operational support and site readiness for a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early melanoma. Objectives: ensure treatment sites are trained, equipped, and supported to execute the end-to-end treatment workflow reliably post-approval. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, deliver operational education, serve as site SME, address operational issues via cross-functional coordination, build relationships with site stakeholders, and leverage data to enhance site performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations, account management, or related fields; strong healthcare ecosystem understanding; proven ability to implement complex workflows; excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies (cell/gene therapies), oncology workflows, and large oncology systems. Skills: account management, logistics, stakeholder engagement, oncology, and product lifecycle knowledge.
