Objectives include ensuring treatment sites are educated on workflows, operational logistics, and system setup, to support seamless product onboarding and steady-state operations. Responsibilities encompass leading site onboarding, providing process-focused education, acting as the operational subject matter expert, triaging issues through cross-functional coordination, and building relationships with site operational leaders. The role also involves utilizing data dashboards for operational metrics and feedback synthesis for process improvements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, with demonstrated expertise in provider operations, complex therapies, and healthcare ecosystems. Candidates should have strong operational problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and excellent communication capabilities. The position requires approximately 50% travel, with the candidate residing in or near the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, CA, DC, DE).

Preferred skills include supporting site activation for advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, and navigating complex oncology workflows and large systems. The role is field-based, customer-facing, non-promotional, and focused on operational excellence in a clinical or treatment site context, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.
