Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) responsible for operational support and site readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Objectives include ensuring treatment sites are educated on workflows, operational logistics, and system setup, to support seamless product onboarding and steady-state operations. Responsibilities encompass leading site onboarding, providing process-focused education, acting as the operational subject matter expert, triaging issues through cross-functional coordination, and building relationships with site operational leaders. The role also involves utilizing data dashboards for operational metrics and feedback synthesis for process improvements.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, with demonstrated expertise in provider operations, complex therapies, and healthcare ecosystems. Candidates should have strong operational problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and excellent communication capabilities. The position requires approximately 50% travel, with the candidate residing in or near the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, CA, DC, DE).
Preferred skills include supporting site activation for advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, and navigating complex oncology workflows and large systems.
