Primary objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, and steady-state operational execution at treatment sites. Responsibilities involve leading onboarding processes, providing operational education, acting as the primary operational contact, troubleshooting issues through cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing site workflows using data insights. The role emphasizes operational support (not clinical treatment) for complex cell or gene therapy logistics within oncology. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience—preferably with provider operations, complex therapy workflows, or oncology site activation. Strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystems, operational problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship-building are essential.
