Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) focusing on operational support for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for melanoma. Primary objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, and steady-state operational execution at treatment sites. Responsibilities involve leading onboarding processes, providing operational education, acting as the primary operational contact, troubleshooting issues through cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing site workflows using data insights. The role emphasizes operational support (not clinical treatment) for complex cell or gene therapy logistics within oncology. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience—preferably with provider operations, complex therapy workflows, or oncology site activation. Strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystems, operational problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship-building are essential. Experience supporting advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, and familiarity with oncology workflows, are preferred. The role requires ~50% travel, is field-based, and resides within the Florida territory. High-value specifics include focus on site activation/readiness for innovative oncology therapies, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence in a complex regulatory environment.
