Primary objectives include educating treatment sites on workflow, onboarding, and operational requirements; supporting site readiness; and ensuring seamless end-to-end product implementation and steady-state operations. Responsibilities encompass leading site onboarding, delivering process-focused training, acting as the operational SME, triaging operational issues via cross-functional collaboration, building relationships with site stakeholders, and analyzing operational metrics for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, account management, or complex therapy workflows. Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, problem-solving in complex environments, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
