Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, customer-facing, non–demand generating/non-promotional. Accounts: Florida; candidate must reside in the territory.
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding/readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge to execute the end-to-end treatment journey.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for process, operations, and logistics.
- Triaging and resolving operational issues via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, responsive support.
- Use site data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and drive improvements.
- Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations.
- Operate effectively in evolving, unclear environments; strong operational problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and leadership; ability to collaborate in matrix organizations.
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness and operational support for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems.
