Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), serving as the primary field-based operational support for treatment sites involved in a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early melanoma. Objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, education on workflows, operational logistics, and steady-state management post-approval. Responsibilities encompass leading site onboarding, delivering process-focused training, supporting operational capabilities, serving as the subject matter expert for site logistics, resolving operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional oncology teams, building relationships with site stakeholders, and utilizing data to improve site operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience in healthcare or life sciences, including provider operations, account management, or sales. Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, complex therapy workflows, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Experience supporting advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies and working within oncology workflows is preferred. The role demands excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Travel requirement is approximately 50%, with the candidate residing in the Central Plains (AR, KS, MO, NE). The position is remote with field visits, focusing solely on operational and process support, not clinical treatment.
