Responsibilities: lead site onboarding and readiness, educate treatment site staff on workflows and operational requirements, serve as the primary operational subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional collaboration, build trusted relationships with site stakeholders, and utilize data for operational improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, including experience with provider operations or complex therapies; strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and oncology workflows; excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. High-Value: oncology, melanoma, mRNA biologics, early-stage (pre-approval), non–demand generating role, with a focus on operational readiness, site activation, and process support. Work setup: remote with approximately 50% travel within the Carolinas (NC). Preferred: experience supporting site activation for advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, navigating complex oncology systems.
