Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Carolinas Territory (NC)

Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, responsible for operational support and site readiness for a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Objectives include educating treatment sites on operational workflows, onboarding, ensuring consistent execution of the product treatment journey, and resolving operational issues. Responsibilities encompass leading onboarding, delivering process-focused education, acting as the operational SME, and collaborating with cross-functional oncology teams to support site activation, logistics, and process improvements. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience (sales, provider operations), with strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and complex oncology workflows. Proven stakeholder engagement, operational problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are required. Preferred skills include experience supporting site activation for advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), and working within large oncology systems. The role involves approximately 50% travel, is remote, and covers the Carolinas territory, including North Carolina.
