Role: Associate Director in Oncology Targeted Discovery leading a laboratory team focused on cancer biology research to identify and validate drug targets for targeted cancer therapeutics. Responsibilities: designing and conducting in vitro experiments, utilizing disease models, biomarker identification, evaluating pharmacologic effects of compounds in cancer cells, and reviewing literature for target nomination. Requirements: PhD with 6+ years or Master’s with 10+ years in Biology, Oncology, Cell/Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology; extensive experience in cancer cell biology, signaling, and molecular assays; proven track record delivering mechanistic data for cancer drug discovery; leadership and team management skills; strong communication and data interpretation abilities; familiarity with AI tools in scientific workflows. Preferred: experience leading drug discovery programs from target discovery to candidate nomination; knowledge of targeted therapies such as antibody drug conjugates, biologics, and small molecules; data science expertise; experience navigating governance with stakeholders.
