Role: Associate Director Oncology Regional Marketing, focusing on engaging healthcare professionals and thought leaders to promote NUBEQA and XOFIGO in the Northeast US, primarily Boston, NYC, and surrounding states. Responsibilities: manage KOL relationships, lead regional conventions and speaker bureaus, execute regional marketing initiatives, and partner with sales and medical teams to align strategies. High-value: oncology/urology, prostate cancer, biologics, market development, and KOL engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5-7 years pharma/biotech experience with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles within oncology or urology; proven success in relationship management and strategic planning; strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: life sciences background, marketing or sales management experience, prior work with academic institutions and key accounts. Work setup: field-based, covering multiple states, with travel to industry conferences and customer meetings.
