Associate Director, Onboarding Product and Process Design
Responsibilities:
- Own global preboarding and onboarding systems, templates, and processes across People Services (PS).
- Manage lifecycle strategy for internal-facing systems/templates used to generate new hire work contracts and related documentation (using PLM principles).
- Own strategic relationships and process/product models for third-party preboarding/onboarding providers to ensure service quality, risk mitigation, and alignment to PS objectives.
- Own documentation issued during pre- and onboarding (employment contract/individual agreements and offer letters).
- Design/govern end-to-end change request, review, and implementation process for documentation changes balancing user needs, legal accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Lead PS due diligence via comprehensive data gathering.
- Ensure ongoing US and global compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable employment laws.
- Define, monitor, and assess workforce transition metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with HRIT, HRBP, Finance, and Legal on cross-functional impacts to PS and influence decisions for risk mitigation and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends; provide recommendations to enhance competitiveness and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years HR experience with preboarding/onboarding (strong US and global expertise).
- High business acumen; strong organizational skills and timeline management.
- Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multicultural environments.
- Business strategy mindset; agility, integrity, dependability, urgency, results orientation; manage multiple deadlines/priorities.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across teams and with vendors/contractors.
- Knowledge of global HR practices; HR systems/platforms (technical acumen).
- Understanding of core financial concepts (budgeting, cost analysis, financial reporting).
- Bachelorβs degree required.
