Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, development, and optimization of digital measurement and analytics platforms (Crossix, enterprise BI tools like DOMO/Power BI, campaign optimization solutions, always-on analytics).
- Define enterprise measurement frameworks; standardize leading/lagging KPIs; deliver scalable analytics products for Marketing/Omnichannel/Commercial.
- Design interactive campaign planning/optimization/post-campaign review platforms with recommendations and real-time alerts.
- Develop campaign optimization capabilities (diagnostics, pacing, frequency, channel effectiveness/synergy, test-and-learn).
- Oversee analytics agents/agentic frameworks to automate insight generation and measurement at scale; integrate LLMs for classification, summarization, clustering, and content analysis.
- Lead always-on digital analytics platforms with automated tracking, reporting, data pipelines, refresh schedules, and quality controls; ensure governance, scalability, reusability.
- Create standardized measurement frameworks across web/paid/owned/third-party sources; define and maintain enterprise KPIs/definitions/business rules.
- Manage third-party data governance (incl. NPP data integration), tagging standards, source-of-truth standards, and refresh cycles.
- Partner cross-functionally; present executive-ready dashboards and narratives; lead enablement/adoption of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years in digital analytics/marketing measurement/commercial insights (healthcare/life sciences/regulated preferred).
- Product owner experience with analytics/data products; strong attribution/incrementality/causal inference.
- Expertise in omnichannel campaign measurement, KPI frameworks, performance optimization.
- Manage third-party vendors; translate insights to business actions.
- Hands-on LLM usage (prompting, content analysis, summarization, clustering); validate AI/agent insights for accuracy/trust/compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL/Python/R; analytics platforms (Databricks/Snowflake/Power BI); strong data QA/governance.
Preferred:
- 5+ years advanced omnichannel engagement measurement (CRM/paid/field/owned/3rd party ecosystems).
- Markov chain, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incremental causal lift.
- Test-and-learn; cloud environments (Azure/Databricks/Snowflake).
