Role Summary
Associate Director, Omnichannel & Advanced Analytics Technology – Stakeholder Success Lead (SSL) partnering with the Head of Omnichannel and the Head of Data Science to co-lead the creation, refinement, and execution of Biogen’s Omnichannel & Advanced Analytics Technology roadmap. Focus on ensuring stakeholders are equipped to succeed with the marketing technology stack and advanced analytics capabilities by aligning solutions with business strategies, evolving needs, and cross-functional priorities. Actively problem-solve to ensure stakeholders can fully leverage MarTech platforms and advanced analytics to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Roadmap Co-Leadership
- Partner with the Head of Omnichannel and the Head of Insights & Analytics and Data Science to co-own the Omnichannel & Advanced Analytics Technology roadmap.
- Continuously refine priorities to align with evolving commercial, HCP, and patient engagement strategies.
- Be accountable for IT deliverables tied to roadmap execution.
- Stakeholder Success
- Serve as the primary IT partner for Omnichannel and Analytics stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and translated into actionable solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HCP and patient engagement through data, automation, and innovative technology capabilities that drive actionable insights.
- Marketing Technology & Advanced Analytics Enablement
- Proactively recommend opportunities to maximize value from Biogen’s existing MarTech stack and analytics platforms.
- Support use cases such as personalization, lead management, marketing campaigns, segmentation, attribution, predictive modeling, and identity resolution.
- Drive integration of AI/ML initiatives across engagement strategies in alignment with the roadmap.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Work across IT, Data & Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
- Take accountability for IT cross-team coordination, problem solving, and solution delivery, not just issue escalation.
- Innovation & Best Practices
- Stay ahead of trends in omnichannel engagement, MarTech, and analytics and proactively recommend relevant innovations.
- Champion advanced analytics use cases that improve decision-making, personalization, and the customer/patient journey.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, CRM, or Advanced Analytics enablement.
- Proven expertise in omnichannel and analytics capabilities, such as lead management, segmentation, attribution, predictive modeling, and identity resolution.
- Proven working experience implementing and operationalizing Marketing Technology capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems collaboratively.
- Preferred:
- Experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for patient and HCP engagement.
- Experience operationalizing AI/ML models into omnichannel and analytics use cases.
