The Associate Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for optimizing access, reimbursement, and utilization of ORENCIA IV and SOTYKTU within key Immunology accounts (Rheumatology and Dermatology networks, MSOs, etc.). This high-impact role drives growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives, requiring deep knowledge of clinical, economic, and formulary dynamics.

The position involves cross-functional collaboration with:

• Sales
• Medical
• Marketing
• Market Access teams

These efforts aim to elevate BMS as an Immunology leader and improve patient outcomes.
