Associate Director of IT Operations, GMP IT/OT

Role: Lead IT Operations for Regeneron's GxP manufacturing environment, overseeing infrastructure and operational technology to ensure reliable, compliant, and secure systems. Responsibilities: manage servers, networking, data center operations, and automation systems (DeltaV, Emerson, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley); define architecture focusing on hyper-converged and advanced networking; maintain compliance with GxP, FDA, and global regulations including data integrity and disaster recovery; manage service providers, escalate incidents, and report on performance; collaborate with corporate IT and automation teams; lead, mentor, and develop a diverse technical team; drive ITIL adoption and operational best practices. Qualifications: BS/BA in IT or related field; Senior Manager: 8+ years of experience including 8+ years in management and 3+ years in FDA-regulated environments; Associate Director: 10+ years including 10+ years in management; expertise in Microsoft OS, data integrity tools, and compliance standards such as PIC/S, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP preferred. High-Value: GxP manufacturing, FDA/regulatory compliance, automation systems, data integrity, disaster recovery, and ITIL practices. Location: Troy, NY; work hours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm; on-site role with potential for regulatory experience emphasis.
