Associate Director, Nurse Educator - Hematology - Northeast

The Nurse Educator (NE) provides on-label education to health care providers to support appropriate use of Regeneron’s Multiple Myeloma (MM) bispecific antibody, focusing on dosing/administration and potential adverse event and adverse event management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide educational support to HCPs, nurses, and APPs on dosing/administration and adverse event management when an educational need is identified.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners (field sales, training, marketing, thought leader liaisons, oncology key account leaders, medical affairs).
- Coordinate and implement strategic plans to support educational responsibilities.
- Interact with APPs (NP/PA), nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to ensure they’re informed on key MM bispecific antibody information.
- Conduct educational and in-service programs via 1:1 and group presentations.
- Improve disease-state/product clinical knowledge and account management through an approved NE training curriculum and collaboration at POA meetings.
- Complete all training requirements and strengthen scientific knowledge (disease state, competitive products, healthcare trends).
- Maintain high integrity and comply with all applicable company policies.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum BSN required; MSN/NP/DNP preferred.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (e.g., OCN/AOCN/CBNC) preferred.
- 5+ years oncology clinical experience with expertise in hematology-oncology; bone marrow transplant strongly plus.
- Ability to identify and address HCP/account educational needs in assigned geography.
- Excellent oral/written communication.
- Strong presentation/platform skills.
- Superior clinical skills and business acumen in complex/ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaborator; internal and external partnership skills.
- Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance required.
- Ability to travel; must live within the assigned territory (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY) and hold a valid driver’s license.
