Role: Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison, a field-based role focused on developing strategic, compliant relationships with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) across the U.S. to support brand and medical strategies. Responsibilities: execute engagement plans, identify and cultivate emerging APP leaders, facilitate educational initiatives, and generate field insights; collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other functions; represent the company at dermatology conferences, and build relationships with professional organizations. Requirements: Bachelorโs degree, clinical expertise in Dermatology, strong relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to synthesize clinical data into strategic insights. Willingness to travel 50โ75%, with a valid driverโs license. Preferred: active Dermatology NP/PA license, 3+ years clinical practice, established industry relationships, and prior experience in Medical Affairs, education, or strategic consulting within Dermatology or related fields.
