Role: Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison, focusing on developing strategic, compliant relationships with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) across the U.S. to inform brand and medical strategies. Responsibilities: build peer relationships, identify emerging thought leaders, support educational initiatives, generate field insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and external stakeholders. Manage external engagement at conferences, advisory boards, and educational programs; ensure regulatory and policy compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; strong dermatology clinical knowledge; ability to establish trusted relationships; excellent communication skills; willingness to travel extensively (50β75%). Preferred: active Dermatology NP/PA license with 3+ years clinical practice; existing relationships within the Dermatology NP/PA community; prior pharma/biotech experience in dermatology or related fields; experience supporting educational programs or advisory boards.
