Role: Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison, responsible for developing strategic, compliant relationships with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across the U.S. to support educational initiatives, gather insights, and inform brand strategies. Responsibilities: execute engagement plans for key APP leaders, identify emerging thought leaders, support development of educational programs, generate field insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other teams. Represents organization at dermatology conferences, supports external scientific and educational activities, and maintains stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; clinical dermatology expertise; strong interpersonal, presentation, and strategic thinking skills; ability to travel extensively (50–75%). Preferred: active NP or PA license, 3+ years clinical practice, existing relationships within dermatology APP community, and experience in pharma or biotech, medical affairs, or educational program development.
