Role: Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison, focusing on building strategic, compliant relationships with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) nationwide to support Incyte's dermatology portfolio. Responsibilities include developing engagement plans for key APP leaders, fostering trusted peer relationships, identifying emerging influencers, supporting educational initiatives, and generating field insights to inform brand and scientific strategies. The role entails cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Development, and representing the organization at dermatology conferences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced clinical degree or relevant graduate preferred. At least 3 years of clinical dermatology experience as an NP or PA, with established professional relationships highly advantageous. Strong communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills are essential. The candidate must demonstrate clinical knowledge, credibility with healthcare professionals, and ability to translate insights into strategic actions. Travel is extensive (50–75%), including attendance at major medical congresses, with a valid U.S. driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include dermatology-specific certifications, prior experience in Medical Affairs or field-based roles, and familiarity with professional dermatology organizations. The role is field-based, supporting a specific geographic area, with an annual salary range of $211,800–$240,000.
