Role: Associate Director, NPPA Thought Leader Liaison, a field-based role focused on developing strategic, compliant relationships with Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across the U.S. Responsibilities: Engage with key APPs, identify emerging leaders, support educational initiatives, generate insights on clinical practice, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform brand and medical strategies. Also includes representing the company at dermatology conferences and supporting advisory activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical degree or relevant graduate degree preferred. Must have understanding of dermatology clinical practice, strong relationship-building skills, and ability to synthesize clinical insights. Demonstrated experience working with healthcare professionals and facilitating educational programs is essential. Experience in dermatology, immunology, or allergy, and prior pharma or biotech engagement in medical affairs or related roles are preferred. High-Value: Dermatology, APP engagement, medical education, clinical insights, strategic relationship management, approximately 50-75% travel, supporting an area of responsibility nationwide.
