Associate Director, Nonclinical Writing AI Innovation

Role: Associate Director of Nonclinical Writing Innovation, leading AI-enabled strategy and adoption across nonclinical workflows to enhance productivity, data integrity, and regulatory documentation processes. Responsibilities: prioritize AI use cases, partner cross-functionally with scientific, regulatory, quality, and IT teams to pilot, scale, and govern AI solutions; oversee nonclinical writing deliverables to improve data verification and regulatory authoring; define AI strategy aligned with organizational goals; evaluate emerging technologies for responsible implementation; establish best practices for productivity, quality, and compliance; build AI capabilities through training and change management. Requirements: Bachelor's in scientific field; 5–10 years in AI, digital transformation, computational life sciences, or nonclinical regulatory writing; proven experience translating needs into AI solutions; hands-on fluency with AI/LLM platforms, automation, low-code tools; strong understanding of life sciences, regulatory workflows, and data systems; excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills. Preferred: experience with enterprise AI tools, cloud platforms, AI governance, and knowledge of global health authority regulatory requirements such as ICH, eCTD, SEND.
