Responsibilities
- Drive US market access launch strategy and development/execution of payer and reimbursement marketing initiatives.
- Align Market Access & Reimbursement strategies across commercial and government payers with US Brand/commercial partners.
- Partner with Global Value & Access/HEOR and US Brand teams to refine payer value narrative and messaging for government/private payers, health plans, and PBMs.
- Collaborate with National/Regional/Trade Account and field reimbursement teams to understand needs; design and execute tactics and training programs.
- Develop strategies/frameworks for access and reimbursement engagement with providers and other key contacts.
- Own regulatory/legal approval (Promotional Review Committee/PRC) for payer and reimbursement marketing tactics.
- Manage vendor agency of record to ensure delivery within budget.
- Lead annual brand planning process for access and reimbursement activities.
- Partner with Business Insights & Analytics, HCP Marketing, Patient Marketing, and Neuropsychiatry Franchise leadership to monitor initiatives and adjust execution.
Qualifications (Required)
- BA/BS or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biopharma with direct marketing responsibility, ideally for payers.
- Understanding of payer market dynamics for commercialization, pricing, specialty distribution, and access for infused buy-and-bill medicines (commercial, Medicare Part B, FFS/Managed Medicaid, VA/DoD).
- Experience developing tools and tactics for US payer markets/customers.
- Professionalism, accountability, urgency.
- Strong project management; ability to drive work to budget/timelines.
- Clear communication (oral/written) across internal/external audiences.
- Ability to collaborate/influence across stakeholders.
- Experience managing competing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Previous neuropsychiatry payer and channel marketing experience.
