Role: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on scientific and clinical support within specific US regions (TX, NM, OK, LA), primarily engaging healthcare professionals in disease states relevant to Lilly's portfolio. Objectives include delivering scientific insights, supporting clinical research, and facilitating strategic scientific exchange. Responsibilities: synthesize and communicate complex research, address clinical care gaps, support investigator-initiated studies, and build trusted relationships with SEs/CEs through face-to-face and virtual engagements. Requirements: advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2-3 years of clinical or research experience or a bachelor's/master's with 5+ years in relevant therapeutic areas; valid US driver’s license; ability to travel up to 80%. Preferences: strong presentation, communication, digital literacy, and strategic thinking skills; experience in Rheumatology, familiarity with health systems, academic research, and virtual engagement tools. High-Value: focus on therapeutics in immunology/rheumatology, supporting research and clinical education, with a strong emphasis on scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and field-based work. Work setup: field-based with significant travel; regional focus on the southern US.
