Position Summary
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the WW Medical Cell Therapy congress program (major/global and regional congresses), ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and compliant scientific exchange. Partner with internal disease leads and cross-functional teams to plan engagement for key external audiences (e.g., CAR T treaters and APPs).

Responsibilities
- Own annual WW Medical Cell Therapy congress strategy and calendar (prioritization, objectives, deliverables, timelines).
- Lead Medical aspects of cross-functional congress planning with internal teams (e.g., Congress Excellence/WW- US Medical Therapeutic Teams, Commercial, Publications, Corporate Affairs, and agencies as applicable).
- Drive congress deliverables, including medical presence and pre-/post-congress briefings.
- Coordinate KOL/HCP engagement plans (1:1 meetings, expert pull-through, compliant interactions).
- Develop on-site debrief platform; plan/coordinate leadership engagements with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with disease leads for consistent external messaging.
- Support outreach/public relations/community engagement and act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare insights reporting for senior management (US and ex-US trends).

Qualifications
- 2–4 years pharmaceutical industry experience and/or stakeholder/partnership engagement.
- BA/BS (Life Sciences preferred) or advanced degree (Pharm.D., PhD, MD, MS) with knowledge of pharmaceutical operations (e.g., medical affairs, advocacy, clinical development, regulatory, commercialization).
- Strong organization, ability to manage complex interactions, analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel globally (20–30%). Cross-functional experience desirable.
