Associate Director, Medical Analytics and Exploratory Data Science

Role: Associate Director of Biostatistics within the Medical Analytics and Exploratory Data Science group, focusing on design, analysis, and interpretation of exploratory data, real-world evidence, post-marketing research, and HEOR studies in oncology. Responsibilities: lead statistical analyses using clinical trial data and real-world studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, medical, safety, regulatory, commercial), apply advanced statistical methodologies (e.g., survival analysis, causal inference, machine learning), develop analysis plans, review statistical deliverables, and contribute to scientific publications. Requirements: Ph.D. or M.S. in Statistics/Biostatistics, minimum 5 years (Ph.D.) or 8 years (M.S.) biostatistics experience in biotech/pharma, expertise in oncology-specific statistical methods, proficiency in SAS/R, strong communication, and project management skills.
