Role: Associate Director, Medical Affairs Intelligence Capability Lead, overseeing the global Scientific Medical Intelligence platform within Lilly's Medical Insights & AI Automation team. Objectives include scaling, enhancing, and evolving intelligence capabilities to meet global medical affairs needs. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end project management for platform improvements, translating business needs into technical requirements, managing prioritization and rollout, and ensuring adoption and training. The role also functions as a business SME, representing platform capabilities, supporting governance, and facilitating cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in program/project management, ideally within data or analytics-enabled platforms; experience with enterprise medical data, insights, and platforms (e.g., Veeva, H1, Databricks, AWS). Strong technical fluency in data pipelines, APIs, cloud architecture, and data governance; experience managing global platform rollouts, vendor relationships, and change management. Preferred: advanced degree (MS, MBA), familiarity with AI/ML, medical/clinical insights, and responsible data frameworks. The position is remote within the US, with no travel specified. The role demands cross-functional collaboration across IT, data science, and medical teams, contributing to Lilly's patient-centered innovation in biopharma.
