Associate Director, Medical Affairs

Role: Medical Strategy professional supporting the Global Medical Strategy team for Lymphoma and Leukemia, focusing on lifecycle management of marketed products and pipeline indications. Responsibilities include executing cross-functional activities such as advisory boards, publications, and training; developing and implementing disease area strategies; collaborating with internal teams (Clinical Development, HEOR, Market Access) and external stakeholders (KOLs, medical societies); and maintaining scientific insights to inform medical plans. Requirements: BA/BS with 10+ years, MA/MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in Life Sciences, Immunology, or Oncology; proven experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs, especially in cell therapy and hematologic malignancies. Skills include excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration; ability to manage multiple projects and travel (~35%).
