Associate Director, Medical Affairs

Role: Medical Strategy professional within the Global Medical Strategy team for Lymphoma and Leukemia, supporting the development and execution of medical plans across product lifecycle stages, including pipeline and marketed therapies. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, HEOR, Market Access, and external KOLs; lead activities such as advisory boards, publications, and medical education; translate insights into strategic initiatives; represent Medical Affairs at scientific forums; provide guidance on disease area strategies. Requirements: BA/BS with 10+ years, MA/MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in life sciences; experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in cell therapy, hematologic malignancies, or Oncology; strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: M.D., Pharm.D., or relevant advanced degree; prior experience in hematology/oncology or immunotherapy; knowledge of global regulatory and medical standards.
