Associate Director, Medical Affairs

Role: Medical Strategy professional focusing on lymphoma and leukemia within global medical affairs, supporting the development and execution of disease-specific strategies across product lifecycles, including pipeline and marketed therapies. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, HEOR, Market Access, and external KOLs; lead activities such as advisory boards, publications, and medical training; develop and communicate scientific evidence to support patient outcomes; manage insights and guide medical plans and projects; represent medical affairs at scientific forums. Requirements: BA/BS with 10+ years, MA/MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Immunology, or Oncology preferred; experience in cell therapy, lymphoma/leukemia, and proven Medical Affairs leadership.
