Associate Director, Material Management

Role: Associate Director of Material Management overseeing site planning and supply chain processes for cell therapy materials. Responsibilities: establish and oversee materials planning systems, develop standard work and metrics, support supplier strategies, manage change and process improvements, collaborate with global teams, and analyze trends for process optimization. Requirements: 10+ years (BS/BA) or 8+ years (MS/MA/MBA) with direct experience in pharmaceutical or biotech planning, preferably in cell therapy; proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced Excel skills, and team management experience.
