Responsibilities:
- Translate global demand signals, inventory policies, and supply network strategies into feasible site-level production schedules.
- Lead integration between Global Network Planning and Site Planning; reconcile Global Supply Plan (GSP) with Site Rough-Cut Capacity Plans (RCCP).
- Own/govern the 24-month Master Production Schedule (DS, DP, FG) across internal/external manufacturing; build batch sequences, production cycles, campaigns, and capacity allocations; maintain stability in the 4-month frozen window.
- Conduct scenario modeling and recommend adjustments for supply risks, capacity shifts, regulatory changes, and demand variability.
- Govern planning in the 6–24 month horizon: long-range capacity modeling, scenario analyses (launch/demand/supply/regulatory/market changes), lifecycle initiative feasibility (tech transfers/new SKUs/artwork/label/new markets), and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external manufacturing (GEM): validate slot reservations/timing/yield/testing/release; monitor adherence and performance; provide 6–24 month visibility.
- Align MPS with material availability/safety stock/procurement; support inventory and lifecycle readiness.
- Track KPIs (MPS attainment, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, OTIF, inventory health); drive continuous improvement; partner with Digital/IT to improve planning tools (SAP, IBP, OMP, Kinaxis).

Qualifications:
- BS with 10+ years OR MS with 8+ years OR PhD with 5+ years in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering/Life Sciences (or related).
- Strong supply chain planning experience (network and site planning); deep GMP/batch-based manufacturing and distribution knowledge.
- Proficiency with ERP/advanced planning systems (SAP, IBP, OMP, Kinaxis). Strong stakeholder influencing in matrixed/global organizations.

Preferred:
- APICS CPIM/CSCP or MBA; commercial biologics/sterile injectables experience; S&OP/S&OE and supply governance experience.
