Core responsibilities encompass aligning global demand signals with site-level production plans, leading planning integration between global and site teams, managing internal and external manufacturing schedules, and supporting lifecycle initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree with 10+ years of relevant supply chain or manufacturing planning experience, preferably in GMP, biologics, or sterile injectables; proficiency with ERP and planning systems (SAP, IBP, OMP, Kinaxis). Preferred: APICS CPIM/CSCP, MBA, or PhD, with experience in S&OP and external manufacturing networks. High-value biopharma specifics include biologics manufacturing, global distribution, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.
