Lifecycle Strategy & Evidence Generation
- Support development of an integrated lifecycle strategy for a rare disease therapy (new indications and additional evidence).
- Lead market assessments and prioritize new indications/evidence investments.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access on Phase IV, RWE, and additional clinical studies to support label expansion.
- Partner with Market Access to strengthen payer value proposition and align evidence to access strategy.
- Shape KOL engagement strategy to inform evidence generation and lifecycle planning.
- Synthesize KOL insights to refine lifecycle priorities.

Integrated Messaging & Insights Strategy (Current Indication)
- Ensure consistent pull-through of brand messaging via peer-to-peer and omnichannel teams.
- Support advisory boards/insight activities reflecting real-world practice and emerging mindset.
- Support development of strategic marketing plans for HCP and patient audiences.
- Measure and evaluate brand performance; adjust tactics as needed.
- Partner with Compliance/Regulatory/Legal to ensure patient communications meet FDA/OPDP standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for high-quality execution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing/Comms/Business or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years pharma/healthcare experience; 4+ years in commercial strategy or brand marketing.
- Experience developing market assessments, marketing strategies, and tactical plans.
- Knowledge of pharma advertising/promotion regulations and FDA guidance; hands-on experience managing legal/regulatory promotional review.
- Familiarity with market research, KPIs, and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva). Strong analytical and cross-functional skills.

Working Conditions
- Evening/weekend work as needed; overnight travel; ~15–20% travel; hybrid in Chicago (3 days/week on-site).

Compensation
- Anticipated base salary range: $170,000–$190,000.
