Location/Travel: East Hanover, NJ (not remote). Local candidates only; no relocation. 5–10% travel (domestic and/or international).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead learning delivery strategy for priority U.S. Marketing initiatives.
- Design compliant learning solutions using pharmaceutical/marketing operations knowledge and regulatory requirements.
- Build scalable internal capability and methodologies to reduce reliance on external consultants.
- Indirectly lead/develop Learning Delivery Managers delivering and optimizing programs (content supply chain, marketing operations, U.S. initiatives) from launch through sustained adoption.
- Partner with marketing/commercial stakeholders and SMEs to translate strategies, workflows, process changes, and technology enhancements into role-based learning.
- Develop/maintain standard learning methodology and adult learning best-practice standards.
- Integrate new practices into U.S. Marketing ways of working; ensure resources/processes/tools evolve with business, tech, and regulatory needs.
- Execute learning strategies using feedback; communicate business impact.
- Oversee development of learning materials (conception to delivery) and document processes.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, or related.
- Significant pharmaceutical/life sciences experience and marketing/commercial function experience.
- 5+ years in learning design/delivery, change management, or related.
- Proven ability to lead/manage learning initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong change management and ability to connect strategy to measurable execution.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; analytical/problem-solving; independent, multi-priority in fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements:
- Leadership experience in large matrixed global organizations.
- Learning management systems proficiency and change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).

Compensation/Benefits (per posting):
- Salary range: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity eligibility; comprehensive benefits and time off.
