Associate Director of Marketing (U.S. Nutrition)

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee U.S. Nutrition Activation P&L.
- Lead annual go-to-market planning to deliver P&L commitments.
- Collaborate with Global Category to identify U.S. trends, consumer needs, and whitespace opportunities.
- Partner with R&D, Insights, and Commercial teams to develop and launch new products.
- Work with agencies/external collaborators to bring creative ideas to life.
- Influence senior stakeholders with storytelling and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the U.S. Nutrition marketing activation team.
- Manage A&P budgets for Store Brand and Good Start|Dr. Brown’s portfolios; oversee agency relationships.
- Translate brand positioning/messaging across channels; lead brand strategy execution.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns; support customer/account growth planning with Sales.
- Partner in Joint Business Planning and annual Line Reviews; oversee growth strategy deployment at National Sales Meeting.
- Use qualitative/quantitative research to inform brand and innovation activation; champion consumer-centric thinking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years progressive experience in brand management, innovation, or marketing strategy.
- Proven track record launching products/brands and driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills; excellent communication, leadership, and project management.
- Experience in CPG/retail/consumer-focused industries.
- Familiarity with design thinking, agile innovation, and digital marketing.
- Passion for emerging trends, sustainability, purpose-driven branding.
- 10–20% travel.
