Role Summary

Associate Director of Marketing to lead brand building and innovation initiatives, shaping the brandโ€šร„รดs identity, driving consumer engagement, and launching breakthrough innovations that fuel growth. A visionary marketer with a passion for storytelling, consumer insights, and disruptive thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen equity and drive relevance.
  • Define brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks across channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Identify market trends, consumer needs, and whitespace opportunities to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with R&D, insights, and commercial teams to develop and launch new products.
  • Build go-to-market strategies for innovation pipelines, including launch plans and communications.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand and innovation strategies.
  • Champion consumer-centric thinking across the organization.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage and mentor a team of brand and innovation marketers.
  • Partner with agencies and external collaborators to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€šร„รดs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, innovation, or marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record of launching successful brands/products and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative intuition.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, agile innovation, and digital marketing.
  • Passion for emerging trends, sustainability, and purpose-driven branding.
