The Associate Director, Marketing-Neuropsychiatry will be a visible leader within the US Marketing Team responsible for establishing content and innovative initiatives in support of a smooth customer experience for HCPs, patients, and other stakeholders participating in the postpartum depression journey. More specifically, this position will focus on designing and implementing well-planned and executable tactics designed to simplify and accelerate the pathway to diagnosis and treatment, driving coordination and collaboration across HCP, consumer, and access marketing teams.
This position is also responsible for analysis of insights to understand current customer experience, impact of initiatives, and drive key strategic choices adaptations to strategy, plans, and/or go-to-market design.
