Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and execution of HCP engagement and peer-to-peer education initiatives aligned to brand priorities and commercial objectives.
- Lead speaker bureau strategy/operations (engagement, training, execution, content collaboration, compliance, performance analytics).
- Support regional/local congress engagement (product theaters, KOL opportunities, field-facing educational programs).
- Develop and execute advisory board strategies to generate actionable customer insights.
- Partner with the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team to translate field insights into commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (HCP Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, PRC/MLR, Analytics, Market Research) for aligned, compliant execution.
- Manage agency partners, budgets, timelines, and operational execution.
- Use analytics and customer insights to optimize engagement strategies and program performance.
Required & Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of biopharmaceutical commercial and/or marketing experience.
- Proven experience with speaker bureaus, peer-to-peer education, advisory boards, and KOL engagement.
- Experience supporting specialty product launches (Subpart H preferred).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional regulations; success in regulated environments.
- Strategic, project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate clinical data and customer insights into educational initiatives.
- Experience in liver disease/hepatology/gastroenterology/endocrinology (preferred).
- Travel up to 35%; hybrid (Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA; 3 days onsite weekly).
Benefits/Compensation (high level): Base salary estimated $182,000–$222,000; bonus/equity and comprehensive benefits.
