Associate Director Marketing, HCP Medical Education

Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and evaluate HCP medical education (ME) programs (peer-to-peer, CME, live events) for CNS brands (Movement Disorders/Tourette Syndrome/Bipolar/Schizophrenia).
- Drive HCP-focused initiatives for psychiatrists, neurologists, NPs, PAs, and primary care.
- Identify HCP needs and engagement preferences; prioritize educational needs across the brand/portfolio.
- Manage ME budget; allocate resources to strategy.
- Ensure ME initiatives are compliant with industry guidelines and company policies.
- Build and execute portfolio-wide plans with marketing disciplines (KOL Engagement/Congress Planning, Thought Leader Liaison), including brand-related congress content and speaker liaison.
- Partner with medical education agencies; collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Medical Affairs) to drive performance.
- Maintain expertise on external market trends and effective ME approaches.
- Support annual planning; manage promotional approval process for ME materials.
- Adhere to internal/external codes of conduct.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience required.
- 2+ years pharmaceutical medical education experience (or equivalent) required.
- CNS experience preferred.

- Strong therapeutic area/pharma business acumen; market/competition analysis.
- Ability to synthesize complex information; deliver to objectives/deadlines; apply improvements/ROI.
- Project management with multiple stakeholders/vendors.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

- ~30% domestic travel (US).
