Responsibilities:
- Lead foundational U.S. customer strategy and planning for launch; segment customers via primary/secondary research; collaborate with Agency of Record (AOR) on branded/creative campaigns.
- Lead omnichannel execution via Customer Agile Teams (CAT) and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop/track KPIs; support OPDP submission planning/execution.
- Optimize customer experience roadmap; manage brand/marketing model alignment.
- Support learning plans for stakeholders.
- Manage HCP/HCC and strategy budgets/planning; collaborate across Immunology CATs.
- Patient Support: define PSP vision/goals/KPIs (access, reimbursement, adherence, education, transitions of care); implement programs (vendor selection, SOPs, budgeting, launch readiness); run day-to-day operations and case management; serve as liaison across internal teams/partners; manage relationships (specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, provider networks, advocacy groups); ensure compliance with laws/codes/policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS); MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years healthcare industry experience; 3+ years strategic marketing/brand management.
- Growth mindset, collaboration, business agility; strategic/analytical problem solving.
- Ability to leverage data/customer/market insights.
- Strong written/verbal communication; leadership and influencing without authority.
- Understanding of omnichannel (digital/non-digital); integrity/ethics.

Preferred Skills:
- US commercial/regulatory requirements; Immunology market knowledge; agency/vendor management; Jira/Mural.
