Summary Of Job (brief Description)
- Strategically and tactically execute promotional campaigns and HCP educational activities for PWS, deepening HCP understanding of the PWS disease state, VYKAT XR clinical data, access, and patient services.
- Build cross-functional relationships across commercial, medical, and operations; partner externally with the AOR, partners, and HCP experts. Reports to the Director, US Brand Strategy & HCP Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Execute PWS treatment HCP educational tactics across multiple mediums (personal, digital, print, omnichannel, etc.).
- Translate market research insights into promotional strategies and tactics.
- Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to design HCP medical educational content aligned with brand strategy and educational needs.
- Manage agency partners to ensure tactical excellence and KPIs are met/exceeded.
- Support execution of symposia, product theaters, webinars, and other HCP educational initiatives.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Lead creation and execution of branded and unbranded HCP promotional tactics.
- Support development of tools/materials to help HCPs navigate prior authorization and Soleno One patient services offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts aligned to brand strategy.
- Manage agency partners to deliverables within timelines and budgets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years marketing experience; at least 4 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- HCP marketing and educational initiative experience required (launch/commercial-stage preferred); patient/caregiver marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of FDA/OPDP promotional guidelines (CFL, fair balance, MLR/PRC).
- Experience managing rare disease or specialty drug campaigns highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage external agencies/digital vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Salary Range
- $195,000 - $225,000 annually.
