KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as an intelligence partner providing strategic insights and staying abreast of GIC commercial issues and trends.
- Identify primary research and analytics opportunities to ensure decision-making uses current, objective, comprehensive insights across HCPs and patients.
- Use custom research methods; manage suppliers/stakeholders; independently lead custom research projects.
- Synthesize learning from primary research, analytics, and market intelligence to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of market, competitive trends, and industry developments; communicate to internal stakeholders.
- Design and execute measurement plans (operational/performance indicators) to assess execution, engagement, and impact of GIC brand programs and tactics.
- Coordinate monthly program performance assessments (business reviews) on high-impact topics.
- Support data strategy to incorporate accurate/reliable data assets into agile, codeless, visualization-enabled analytics.
- Apply sophisticated analytic models; communicate complex results and influence action to improve brand performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage Brand and Market Access intelligence.
- Manage and develop direct reports; expose them appropriately to Leadership to accelerate growth and maximize team efficiency.
- Manage onshore/offshore research and analytics suppliers; monitor programs within budget and identify cost savings.
- Ensure research and analytics activities meet financial and ethical compliance guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA/PhD) preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing research and/or analytics experience required.
- Preferred: pharmaceutical industry experience and pharmaceutical data (e.g., physician prescribing, institutional sales, payer/prescriber data, formulary, patient-level data).
- Analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, strong organization/detail orientation, and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to present to all organizational levels (verbal/written).
- Proven experience in a high-performing team; ability to navigate a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
