Associate Director, Market Access Portfolio Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep Market Access Early Pipeline forecasting model assumptions current by understanding and regularly updating underlying data assumptions.
- Catalogue tracked market trends to ensure completeness, current assumptions, and effective communication across the US Market Access organization and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support ongoing market analyses by gathering data/insights with Directors (Market Portfolio Strategy) and using findings to inform methodologies and story development.
- Draft and communicate updates to the US Market Access Outlook; repurpose and use content across the organization; maintain a catalogue of above-brand US Market Access initiatives for Leadership Team visibility/participation.
- Present analysis findings at various organizational levels.
- Participate in development of relevant market research by following internal processes, analyzing secondary data, and incorporating internal experience to inform insights.
- Organize the annual business planning process for the team.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA, Health Policy, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in Market Access, Healthcare Strategy Consulting, Policy, Managed Care Finance, Insights & Analytics, or Business Development; 3+ years with direct US Market experience preferred.
- Familiarity with and ability to manipulate industry-standard claims and/or payer data (e.g., IQVIA, DRG Fingertip Formulary) or other published price/payer coverage sources.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to solve complex processes.
- Ability to analyze complex trends and connect commercial, financial, and clinical perspectives to develop value propositions.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and creativity.
