Principal responsibilities:
- Lead monthly reconciliation of source data used in government pricing calculations (sales, rebates, chargebacks, discounts and fees).
- Perform parallel GP calculations and maintain forecast models for pricing analysis.
- Review vendor materials and validate BP, AMP, PHS/340B, NFAMP, FCP/FSS, IFF, and URA; ensure government-regulated submissions.
- Maintain government portal registrations annually or as needed (SAM, CMS, TRICARE, etc.).
- Ensure Public Law reporting and RFMs are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Review and maintain accurate customer Class of Trade assignments.
- Ensure statutory pricing is up to date and accurate in government portals; assist with updating Compendia as needed.
- Monitor US pricing and government program developments (IRA, MFN); develop subject matter expertise in federal/state government regulations.
- Analyze payer data to create trend analysis and reports.
- Assist in contract review, analysis, and tracking of key terms/timelines/bid cycles.
- Support Gross-to-Net/accounting understanding and net sales forecast scenario modeling.
- Monitor and report discounts, performance to contract, and channel mix.
- Partner with Corporate Account Directors on account setup and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional/internal and external partners (vendors, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, 3PLs, distribution partners).
- Create and maintain departmental dashboards and trackers; participate in weekly vendor calls and quarterly business reviews.
- Support Market Access integration for scPharma acquisition (vendor assessments, consolidation, unified financial/performance reporting).

Education and experience qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 7 years in biopharmaceutical industry in analytics and/or reporting roles.
- Minimum 5 years government pricing or relevant commercial finance experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing external vendor/client relationships.

Required skills/competencies:
- Ability to read and interpret complex contracts.
- Data analysis and vendor management experience.
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and/or Excel (including pivot tables).
- Technical, cross-functional collaboration; ability to pivot in ambiguity.
- Strategic/analytical/time management/multi-tasking; strong data gathering and problem-solving.
- Proactive stakeholder engagement; analytics and project management to turn issues into action plans.
- High autonomy and solution-oriented thinking with emotional intelligence.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $148,000 - $222,000 per year.

Note: Remote/hybrid options in Burlington, MA or Westlake Village, CA with occasional travel; reports to Executive Director - Government, Contracting and Trade.
