Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and partner with key business stakeholders; align on business questions and agree on data, reports, and analyses.
- Manage special projects and ad hoc analytic requests; prepare and present analyses and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide high-level strategic consulting to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as primary analytics partner for Patient Services, Distribution, and Reimbursement.
- Partner with commercial groups to support operations related to LUMRYZ HUB activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for treatment providers, pilot programs, HUB activities, co-pay card utilization, and Patient Access Services.
- Support initiatives to increase fulfillment via pharmacy performance, opportunity, and tracking analyses.
- Manage data, KPIs, and platform for Field Reimbursement Managers.
- Support pull-through initiatives, targeting exercises, and opportunity assessments for GPO and pharmacy accounts.
- Assist Pricing & Contracts and Market Access Strategy & Marketing with deal assessment support.
- Develop and implement QC processes to ensure accuracy of analytics and reporting.
- Provide Market Access content for quarterly briefing book.
- Develop and manage analysts.
- Support Market Access launch activities for alixorexton.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, science, or quantitative disciplines (Masterβs preferred).
- Proven experience delivering analytics solutions for pharmaceutical/biotech promoted products.
- 5β7+ years in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data assets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony Health, DRG, Komodo) and internal data systems (e.g., Veeva).
- Specialty markets or rare diseases experience preferred.
- Experience with large datasets and relational databases; SQL experience required.
- Advanced computer skills; Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau preferred.

Compensation/Work Model (if included):
- Annual base salary range: $160,000β$185,000; eligible for annual performance bonus.
- Hybrid: 60% office/40% home; onsite at Waltham, MA at least 3 days/week; not fully remote.
