Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single accountable BTS partner for US Commercial Copay COE, aligning technology investments with Copay COE priorities and enabling patient access and commercial growth.
- Oversee strategic technology transformation of the U.S. copay COE technology ecosystem; serve as trusted advisor to Copay COE, MAPS APEX, and in some cases BESD/IRA leaders.
- Build a Copay COE technology vision/roadmap in partnership with Market Access, Patient Services, Finance & BU BTS, and enterprise teams; enable data-driven decision making and integrated cross-functional insights.
- Design, development, and deployment of Copay COE and MAPS APEX data/analytics solutions.
- Own Copay COE BTS investment portfolio end-to-end: prioritization/business case, delivery oversight, and ROI validation.
- Lead IT/project execution: initiate/plan, project control, communication, resource/team management, and closing projects.
- Manage portfolio demand/prioritization and BTS budget orchestration (planning, allocation, governance).
- Partner on solution design/feasibility with BU BTS architecture/shared services; engage consulting partners to architect/deliver capabilities.

Qualifications:
- BS in Business/CS/related +9 years; MS +8 years; PhD +4 years.
- 9+ years in project management/business systems analysis/software development or deployment (including 9+ years managing projects).
- 4+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in patient support, market access, finance, sales/marketing, or related commercial function.
- Strong analytics skills with SQL, PowerBI, cloud technologies; JIRA and waterfall/SLC processes.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance/regulatory environment.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore/nearshore resources and multi-vendor contract negotiation.
- Strategic leadership and ability to influence executives; comfortable leading in ambiguity.
